Some of the most powerful work happens beyond talking. EssorCare is the practice platform built for creative and experiential clinicians, and for new and emerging therapists ready to open a private practice of their own. One calm home for notes, scheduling, telehealth, insurance billing, and supervision.
In active development. Built by a therapist, for therapists.
Most practice software is expensive, clinically cold, and built for the same handful of specialties. If you work with art, movement, drama, or play (or you're just starting out as an associate) you've felt it.
You pay ninety-plus dollars a month for features that don't fit how you practice, then patch the gaps with a pile of apps that were never meant to hold a session together. The creative work, the whole reason your clients come to you, happens in the margins.
If you've ever felt like an afterthought in someone else's software, this was built for you.
A creative toolkit lives right inside your telehealth room: a shared canvas, collage, sand tray, EMDR tool, genogram builder, and an art-prompt library, so the work happens with your client, not in a separate tab.
Telehealth creates equitable access for clients who live in rural areas, can't travel to weekly appointments, or simply prefer to receive care from home. So the video has to be dependable: reliable, high-definition, and engineered to stay steady through a whole session. A frozen screen in a vulnerable moment is not acceptable.
Progress notes, treatment plans, calendar, intake, and reminders, organized and effortlessly automated.
Claims checked before they go out, denials explained in plain language, and filing deadlines that warn you before they pass.
Built deliberately affordable, for clinicians at the start of their careers, not enterprise budgets.
Built around HIPAA-level privacy standards from day one, to protect your clients' trust from the very first session.
Good care shouldn't depend on a big budget. EssorCare exists to widen the circle of who gets to build a sustainable, creative practice, and to make the business side feel as humane as the work itself.
Dear fellow clinician,
I built EssorCare out of my own exhaustion.
As an art and drama therapist, I know what it's like to watch unwritten notes pile up until the paperwork feels heavier than the work itself. I know the billing systems so clunky that my own workplace gave up and tracked claims in spreadsheets we filled out by hand after every session. More work, never less. And I know the friction of doing creative work through software never built for it: juggling separate tools, toggling between frames mid-session just to offer a single art or drama prompt, when I should have been fully present with my client.
Before this work, I spent five years in the Marine Corps and eleven years as a recruiter, where I worked inside dozens of software systems. The ones that streamlined the work, and the ones that made it manual, joyless, and slow. I learned exactly what good software does for people, and what bad software takes from them. EssorCare is that lesson, brought home to our field.
So I started building the thing I wished existed. A shared canvas and creative tools that flow both ways, so making art together feels natural. A real, responsible home for clients' digital artwork, and a portal where they can track their mood or log dreams between sessions. Notes and billing that lighten the load rather than add to it. And tools affordable enough that a newer clinician, or one who has felt too intimidated by the business side to go out on their own, can finally build a practice that is truly theirs.
The creative work is the whole reason our clients come to us. It deserves software that treats it that way.
Warmly,
Jacqueline Wade

We're opening EssorCare to a small founding group of therapists who help shape the product and its pricing. Add your details, and we'll reach out as early access opens.
Newer therapists shouldn't pay what an established practice pays. This just helps us set fair, stage-based pricing. Your answer is confidential and won't change what you're offered.
No spam. We'll only email you about early access.
Thank you for raising your hand. We'll be in touch as early access opens.
Everything people submit on the early-access form, summarized for you. The pricing grid is the one to watch — it shows what each caseload stage says is fair.
